Hi,
I have an MX-800 that I bought from BlueDo in 2004. I contacted them last week via their web site to get a registration code for URC web site and have not heard back. They don't seem to have a phone number for Support.
Has anyone here been successful in getting a registration code from Blue Do ? I remember someone from there frequenting these forums.
I did manage to download the software using my serial number but would like to get access to live update enabled software since I did buy from a authorized dealer.

I had to call them (BlueDo) and they set me up with an account on their own download site.
I was able to download software for MX-800 with live update capability.
Now I am waiting for my other local vendor to come through for my MX-3000 and I should be all set for both remotes.

I emailed BlueDo about my MX-700 and David got back to me right away with a link and a password.
