I am not a dealer. I am a sad client. In Spain the dealer does not provide solutions.
I just want a solution with windows 8.1
I think it was an error to ask here. And buy this remote.

Look here. I believe the reference is to Windows Mobile Device software. I do not have 8.1, I just came across this other thread. [Link: remotecentral.com]

I had windows 8.1 and always got the error "Cannot connect". i upgraded to latest CCP software today and still got that error.
But when i tried to uninstall the remote from device manager and install again it worked. i remember doing this many times before but never worked. anyways i am happy now its working for me.
the previous post is asking if you installed "Windows mobile center". you may want to try that.
