Macros do not work via RF? I can operate all remote commands via RF without being in direct line of sight of my gear. It seems I got lucky with the MRF260 and there is no interference. However, if I press a macro button nothing happens. Just curious. Thanks!

Did you assign IR ports on the base? Did you then drag commands from the IRDB into the macro window, or copy and paste commands rather then press the Macro record button, and then go to the separate device pages in the project tree, and then select the commands?

Thanks for the reply. I did assign IR ports on the base. All ports are set to RF only. I have been using the macro record button and then selecting commands from the individual device pages. I will test it the other way and see what happens.

You don't want to be copy/pasting commands. You want to do it the way you were doing it before, using the Macro record button and "aliasing" the button for the macros to the original button.

What port is the page where your macros are set to output to? Try changing it to ALL.

Thanks for the input. Macros are now working via RF! So happy! As it turns out, I had to set my welcome screen flashers to ALL and it to IR and RF. My main screen starts with macro based activities.
