A client has a new MX450 that is doing nothing but flashing with a grey screen.
has anyone seen this before, and is there anything that can be done, other than return the remote to the wholesaler and hope I can get a replacement?

It probably has rip in the flimsy mylar that connects the lcd to the circuit board. replace it.
