I have a URC RFS200 and I'd like to use discrete power on and off codes for my Samsung TV. I have no idea if this remote can even be used with discrete codes. Can anyone shed any light on this or direct me where I can find some information? Thanks!

The only way to get discrete commands into the rf20, is off of another remote via learning. So no, you can't put discrete commands directly into the rf20 remote. Get a one-for-all/ UEI made universal remote that uses advanced codes.

I believe the PC programmable remotes from URC are the only ones that have discrete codes in the IR database. You could try though. If you see buttons on the LCD screen labeled "P-ON" or "P-OFF", those are the discrete power commands.
