Other than the link to that website staying up, this thread is comical. I hope I wasn't the only one who picked up the sarcasm. He was really just advertising the site and putting it out there. I don't think it existed before August 19th.
Just another cheap customer who wants remote for cost and the software as well. It's called the walmartification of america. I'm glad my business isn't built around URC. I let other people pick up those scraps. URC is unwilling to do anything about this and they could SO VERY EASILY. Make the software check the URC username and password before it opens. Or have to have a username and password to update it or install it like Crestron.
I guess you can't blame people who want the best but just can't afford to get it legally. They'll always justify somehow their illegal behavior to get what they want.
