I have the remote. I have the interchangeable button pack.
The question is... how do I change the buttons?
Any help is appreciated.

You're talking about the hard plastic buttons that go below the "Main" button? To get the existing buttons off, you will need a small flat head screwdriver (or something similar) to pry the button up from the left or right side. They snap in, so just be careful not to put too much pressure on the button or the plastic around it.
