Hi, I just noticed that after I updated the CCP software to the latest version, none of my favorite page punch through's are working anymore.

Setup basically as follows:
MX-890
DVR device, Verizon FiOS IR device
Favorites device, punch through for favorites device is set to DVR
Favorite channel button recorded as alias(favorites/1), alias(favorites/2), alias(favorites/3), alias(favorites/enter)

When I hit the button, nothing happens, I can see from transmitter icon that no signal is sent.
When I manually hit the number buttons while on the favorites page, the correct number is entered on the DVR.

If I change the programming to use the DVR alias directly, it works again.

This does seem to be a bug in CCP, as all 4 remotes used to work, and as I re-program them, the favorites stop working.

Can anybody else confirm if this is a known bug?

I had a MX-1200 doing something similar. The Navigation punched the Transports and vice-versa. I posted on URC, but it was never recognized as a problem. Mine is working by reversing punches, but one day I'll update and forget about it so it'll break.

Also having trouble with MX-1200 here. I can PT Volume or Channel but Transport controls cannot be PT (results in no IR transmission).

Who did you report this to and how do I contact them?

I have CCP v2.7.0607.1 on Windows 7 (32-bit) - is that the latest version? I remember having trouble with the auto-update feature before.

Anyone having this problem please call URC Tech Support. I spoke to them and they claim to not know about this. The more people call (be ready to e-mail them your CCP file) the better.

I think I remember running into this, and I ended up having to drag codes from IR DataBase or Universal Browser to the home pages for punch throughs.

So did that fix it somehow or is it a workaround?
Is it working now or you are still using this workaround?

Are other people not replying because PT is working for them and they think we are on crack, or they are all using workarounds and can't be bothered?

I see the same problem with my favorites pages on MX-1200.

To me it's just a minor annoyance than a problem. I'll just assign IR signals to the buttons.
