Is there any way to adjust brightness of hard button backlight on MX-890?
The user's manual on page 6 states:
"Button Light
You can adjust the brightness of the LEDs that backlight the buttons of the MX-890. Press the left hard button to dim or press the right hard button to brighten the backlighting."
That adjustment doesn't seem to be affecting brightness.

are you in the hidden menu when you are trying to adjust the backlight?
press and hold the Main and Ent buttons to get into the hidden menu.
