So I have the CCP program, and I used to get Live Update to update the software...and it worked with no problems
Now, when I click on Live Update it tells me that it
"fail to download the patch info file"
and I can't update the software.....
Any ideas as to what happened ?
And how I can fix it ......

I started having the same problem yesterday. My guess is the cause is with URC.

Same. Seems to be an issue with the server. I just updated one of my computer's CCP a couple days ago, so it's a recent issue.

ohh... ok... thanks....
I thought it was just me.....
So hopefully, they get it fixed.....and it starts updating again....

sometimes disabling your windows firewall and/or running CCP with administrator privileges will help too.

I just heard from a contact at URC that the issue is on their end, and they are working to resolve it.

I just successfully updated CCP for anyone that hasn't given it another try yet.

the update fixed the PSX 2 way module for the MX6000. an update a few weeks back broke the module.
