Folks,
Trying to do an install for a house and I allowed the customer to provide some remotes from his old house. He was a transfer out of state and the CI who did the install is no longer in business. The unit works properly and takes a download from CCP with no issues. The problem is when I try and enter setup (Mute + OK) it is asking for a password. Anyway to reset this unit without sending it back to URC.
