Need help, customers MRF-350 is locking up "ONLY" when he tries to go to the settings menu. Does not pick up interference anywhere else.

Antenna is located behind Living Room TV via Cat5.

Please help. Thanks!
Knowing that Gold went up a few K makes me think "well now I have to do a better job on selling more equipment".

i Have moved the antenna multiple times. It's only on the settings menu of TWC. Everything else is fine!!!
Knowing that Gold went up a few K makes me think "well now I have to do a better job on selling more equipment".

Can you describe what happens when it fails?
Does the RF light stay lit?

Yep RF light stays lit. When I go back to rack I can press exit on cable box & rf status light goes away. It's so weird it's only on the settings menu.
Knowing that Gold went up a few K makes me think "well now I have to do a better job on selling more equipment".

Try relearning that specific command. and see if it still does it then.

Try rerouting your ir emitter wires as well.  Some people have reported that if they get to close to hdmi cables, that they have had rf issues.
