don't know if you're being sarcastic or what.

But I was chuffed when I snapped those three MX-850 remotes up for £90.

He was just being silly. The post about the man in the cave was a reference to the Legend of Zelda.

Your right, all your components come with their own remote if you dont mind doing the following to watch cable TV.

More than that.

Room lighting remote
Backlight remote
Multiple source remotes (5)
Multiple amp remotes (3)
TV remote
HDMI switcher remote

So to do something, you have to pick up and hold about 6 remotes at one time. More if you flick between sources.

Them you have to see what you're doing, so switch the room lighting back on, since cheap remotes aren't back lit. Small things like just changing input on HDMI switcher need to scrabble around on your table for that tiny credit sized remote. All done in macros by the remote.

Well worth the money.

sometimes it is more entertaining to not explain a joke to people that don't get it.

I think I can shed some light on this. MX-850's currently only cost 30 Rupees. The US-Hyrule exchange rate has been out of hand ever since Ganon left office.
