I see a review by "Daniel Tonks" where Logitech PS3 adapter commands were converted into CCF format to use with URC remotes. Is it possible to do something similar to all these GOOGLE TV devices out there. This is more challenging I believe.
Logitech remote used to send IR codes to the ps3 adapter and then the adapter used to convert them to Bluetooth for PS3. So I guess the IR Codes were decoded.
In Google TV Scenario, the remote sends a Bluetooth command directly to the box. So there is no IR in between to try to decode.

yes. it is shitty situation for google tv.
everyone with google tv is having atleast 2 remotes until unless they have very basic setup. they throw away other remote and use google tv remote only.
Given the demand for google tv less compared to PS3, i doubt if manufacturers are willing to spend their money in making converters for google tv bluetooth commands.

It's a shame, because in my opinion, the NSZ-GT1 is a PERFECT unit. I love it. It does so many things well, including PLEX which is why I really use it. It's awesome using 1 device to do Plex and BluRay.
