Don't know if anyone else here installs total control yet. We have done 3 systems and I am doing it at my house now and for some reason I can not see the mrx10 on my network nor will it auto discover anyone could help would be great.

Pull the power cord and press and hold the network button while you plug in the power. Release the button after the network lights blink for a hard reset.

Well tried the reset button while powering on and the network light never blinked. Held it for 30 secs or more and still not showing up.

If you log into the router do you see the device showing up in your Dhcp client table?

Sounds like the unit has a bad nic card. You are going to have to call URC tech support
