How do I program PS3 off with CCP (using MX-1200)?

I need to simulate a PS hold for 2 sec then select select. but i cant figure out how to simulate a hold. do i need to set the minimum repeat to a very high number like 2000? Is there a another way?

I don't know of a way in CCP to sustain the signal for the time you need without holding the button for that time. You could try increasing repeats and see if that would work but the maximum repeat setting is 255 so don't know if that would be enough. I assume the 1200 has the "sending" indicator on the screen (usually upper right corner). Change the repeats to 255, send the command and see how long the indicator stays lit up. Divide that into the 2 seconds and repeat that many times one after the other, add your select, select and see if that works.

CCP leaves a LOT to be desired when it comes to programming.

I went down this road the harmony adapter only works with there remote. I am currently using the Schmartz one mine works like a charm and it's cheap. CCP already has it programmed in.

Logitech did not build a Power Off macro into their adapter (like all the others did), and they simulate holding the key directly on the end-user remote.

Really, there's no reason to use the Harmony adapter unless you also have a Harmony remote (and even then, only because of brand loyalty).
