Has anyone been able to control a Cisco C40 codec with RS232? I have been told by Cisco that they use API control for the codes and I have no idea how to translate that into RS232 for the MSC400. Please let me know if you have any ideas. I learned the IR commands with the MX980 and they do not work very consistently.

Thanks,
Gat0l0c0.

Hi, I just got this email from Cisco with the API commands, let me know if anyone has any luck putting this into the MSc400 with triggers on the mx980.
Please find the attached API guide for MXP codec.
