First create a device, then add some pages.
In the model designer window click on the device, in the properties window set the IP address to 255.255.255.255 and the port to what your device listens on, typically 7 or 9 (my NAS uses 9).
Click on a button in the device, in the macro window and add an IP command (you have to add a database command and change it to your needs). In the macro window double click the IP command, change the description to something like WOL, click the HEX radio button, select UDP from the dropdown box, in the data box put in FF 6 times followed by the WOL device's MAC address 16 times.
Example:
say the MAC is 0025A43D4B72
