I have wow currently. I have an mx900 with rf350 that has been working flawless for 4+ years now. I just want to make sure they have codes out first before I get the new equipment..

Thanks

Boy, some nutritional supplement company got their website ripped off. That was painful to look at.

The DVR GUI, OTOH, looks pretty sweet. Moxi-like.

Does the new equipment use an IR remote or is it RF? If it does, it probably uses the same remote codes as their existing equipment. You might not need to reprogram. Worst case you can learn the new codes.

Ok after a little investigation I believe this is the exact hardware.

Arris moxi

So I'm thinking I should be able to do a firmware update and see if it's in the pull down screen?

Doesn't matter if the codes are in the database or not; you can learn them from the new equipment's remote as long as that remote is an IR remote.

Not if it's an Arris. Shaw uses them and they're next to impossible to learn into a URC remote. Use the Diego codes in the database.

Ok finally got it installed. Lucked out big time.
I did a fresh firmware update.

U need to get the codes from the "cable" pull down menu in the IR code box.

U need to click on MOXI for manufacturer, and it's the first one avail
