I have 3 MX850 remotes provided and programmed in early 2001 and then more added in 2006 by my AV guy. He always comes and reprograms things over the years but he is MIA to put it bluntly.
I replaced my HK DVD player with Samsung Bluray BD-D5700 and want to program it into my remote in the basement in place of the HK DVD. I have the software on my laptop from way back when but I'm obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed. I got as far a changing the name from DVD to BluRa. I really don't have the money to pay someone $100 to come out (would be more, as I'm in the boonies) so I'm asking if anyone can give step by step directions to do the above. I could pay a fee just trying to make it where I can afford it. Thanks so much for any help.

Anyone can do that over some coffee and a donut...or tea and crumpets. Send me an email with your .mxf file after you've done a live update on the software. Caught me in a good mood, no charge.

Hi there. I sent an e-mail with what I hope to be the proper attachment. Do you use PayPal? I really don't mind paying a fee for your time. Thanks.

That is a valid email address. Just verified send/receive capability from another domain. Oh well, good luck.
