Can someone please tell me where I can download this software and try to program this remote. Will this remote work with XBMC Live & a U-Verse Cablebox?

I emailed tech support and they sent me a software request form that I need to fax to them. We will see how this goes.

Sent it last night around 5:30pm PST and received an email this morning. Excellent Service. Thank You. Now to Figure out how to program this thing.
