Can anyone tell me how to find a discrete codes for the power on and off for the Pioneer Elite 1140 plasma hdtv? I down loaded the codes for the 1130 but that does not seem to have the same codes as the 1140. Thanks for any help or guidance you can provide.

Did you try the ones listed as "Elite Codes"?

Hi Mike,
No I did not try the Elite codes since none of the model numbers matched. Do you know if one on them is the correct model or are you suggesting that I just try them all until I find a match?

Most of the Elites use the same codeset, there are differences between the 60" and the 50" though.

If you look in the listing of model numbers in the database, there's one called "Elite Codes". That's the one I was suggesting you try.
