So customer has an MX5000 with the MRX1 base station. First issue he had was the RCEXE (as seen in other posts) error and pulling the battery would fix it until next time it occured. Talked with URC tech support and was told to replace the remote. Installed new MX5000 and uploaded the program. Now he's getting the following error when trying to access the AM/FM radio on his Sony STR-DA5600ES using the 2-way driver in URC database.

- a script in this movie is causing MFP7 to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script? (yes) (no) buttons to select.
Nothing but pulling the battery fixes it and never had this issue with previous remote.
Is this remote just not ready for primetime?
I will check with URC tech support on Monday just thought I'd ask here to see if anyone else has had this issue.
