Would you possibly be able to help me? I have the MX-1200 remote. It was programmed by a person who set up all of my electronics. This was over 6 years ago. I just had to replace my existing Verizon fios box with a new one. I just wanted to have the remote work on the new box. I can not get in touch with the original installer. Do you know if there is a way for me to just manually sync it without having the computer program? I just found this forum while trying to google information.

Are you controlling it by aiming (line of sight) or do you have an emitter stuck to the front?
Your new cable box might have different codes, but they may not have changed.
If there is an emitter, it probably got placed in the wrong spot. You only have a spot about as big as your little fingernail to line up the emitter properly.

There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions. |
