I just downloaded CCP and have started programming but cant test or download to remote.Of course Universal Tech is closed.I have programmed tone of Mx 3000 remotes but this is the first remote with the CCP software.I get no acknowledgment from the remote or computer that the remote is connected.Normally there is a beep or some sound.Thanks
I am using a macbook pro running parallels.This machine has always worked fine so I am wondering is there a toolset or firmware that I dont have???

Are you sure that the USB device is getting passed through to Parallels? Check your Parallels USB preferences to make sure that the remote is connected to the virtual machine.
