How many buttons can you have on the Listen and Watch pages?

How about on the device pages?

Does the programming software have easy ways to set up numeric display pages such as this one.

It is kind of annoying that this is the only sample picture you usually find of the display on the Medius.

There can be up to 12 buttons on the watch or listen pages.

Same.

numeric display pages such as this one.

Yes, it's built in.

Also, you can download the programming manual for the TX-1000 from the "Files" section of this website. It will give you more screen shots plus any other information you want on the TX-1000.

Thanks all - I had already looked at the manual it mostly had 950 examples but I got the gist that programming is prettry much like programming an Mx-800/850 without shortcuts but with nested macros (did the TX-1000 and MX-900 ever get variable support??).

It is looking like the TX-1000 is a great theater remote -- How readable is its backlight in a dark room (I am used to the 800/850 backlights)?

The TX-1000 has three LED's for backlighting, so you have a great deal of control over how bright it is by setting that in the programming phase.

You can also change the color of the backlight as you wish.

Thanks agian.

Mike - I ordered one from you today. I love my 800 and 850 so this ones size will be interesting to get used to but at least I know how easy they are to program...
