I have just finished programming an Mx 5000 for the first time, for my own use and was wondering if it would be possible to incorporate two way comunication with my Olive 04 music server. The programming guides in the help files are rather vague on the subject of two way comunication with devices not on the list. Anyone out there with any insight?

Unfortunately the 2-way modules don't list anything for Olive. You would have to write your own module. I wouldn't know where to start?

I'm not sure what format Olive uses to store it's music?
Autonomic controls has a 2-way module that converts a PC into a server with 2-way meta-data for your MX-5000. You can demo it for free!
It may work if you point the module at your Olive server? I've never tried it with Olive, but it works great with a standard Windows based server.

Thank you both for the replies. I was sort of hoping that the MX 5000 had an on board browser similar to the I phone that could be accessed and somehow connected to other two way devices via CCP, but seems that I was wrong.
