Received my MX-850 replacement today from URC but now remote cannot connect. I tripled-checked my settings and have gone thru the past threads in forum. Any help would be appreciated.

Never a problem before replacement. Am using same SW and hardware (Win XP and Keyspan USA 19-1).

Is the software you're using updated? The newer MX-850s have problems connecting with non-updated or non-updateable software.

MX850 Editor version is 1.12.288.
MX700 Editor version is 1.12.244.
I was able to use either editor with no problems previously.
I don't think it allows for updates anymore.

Current version is 11.12.15.1

Like I said, the newer MX-850s won't connect to old software. This is due to firmware changes.
