I have a bunch of commands already setup and working from years ago, so the backbone of the systems works. I'm trying to add a couple more and can't get them to work. First I have the new RS232 commands programmed in the MSC400 and doing a test of them works fine. Now when I use the Universal Browser in the MX3000 programming software (CCS) and drag and drop them into the IR commands for the button, they are labeled "Room Light_UB" whereas my older working commands are labeled "Room Light.ccf". I cannot for the life of me figure out what I am doing different or wrong.

I finally figured it out. I got stuck on the names of the IR Data when actually the entire page of commands that I copied from another section (device) did not work. All I needed to do was to set the output of the new device to go to the MSC400. It just wasn't communicating with the MSC400 at all.
I spent hours earlier today and was about to give up when I posted this.
