Ccp windows 7. Works every other time never had an issue and this is a remote that we had programmed in our showroom that i did a factory reset on and was prgramming to work some other things. Sorry

I run Win7 64bit and haven't had any issue's. Weird that it works sometimes and not others. Did URC have any suggestions?

Did you try holding ON and MUTE as you insert the battery, then connect to the PC and try a download?
