I've come upon a msc-400 with a mx-950/ rfx-250. I can't upload the msc's program.I get an error message. The exact message is "Did not support upload! Support MSC-400 version is 1.05.001.007". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the msc's software in my laptop and still get a an error message According to URC, it's probably not programmed and just being used for the ir passthru. I haven't done very much URC, so I'm not familiar with the software or "querks". Does this sound right, what URC said about not being programmed?

It is possible it isn't programmed. It is also possible that it has an older firmware version, the older firmware didn't allow uploading the program to the computer.

The tech mentioned that. I gave him the serial number and he said it was a newer unit that has the uploading ability.
