hey all.. so i had someone that does home theater installs come out that sounded like he knew what he was doing with the URC system too...charged me $500 and didnt install my remote the way it should..nothing works lets just say... i was able to find the CCP software so i was wondering if anyone out there can give me a few pointers on programming this myself..or any guides that you guys may have?

If you have the software, you can go to the HELP tab, choose TECH GUIDES, and you'll find the program manual.
