Client is buying MX5000 with the MRX1 for his house. He has a NAS drive for all his music. I know the Autonomic Controls software will work with a PC but can I get access to the NAS drive without a PC?

TIA

I don't think you will be able to do this without the computer being on (which eliminates the benefit of a NAS). The software requires a static PC address. I am not sure if anything was ever done with a standalone device. I think the new Total Control line with the yet to be released SNP-1 would be better capable of what you are trying to do.

his client will probably have sold the house by the time the snp1 is available  :)

No Doubt but even then no feedback on the MX5000 so not really an option. He hasn't bought the NAS yet because of availability. I'm just going to talk him into a dedicated PC for the rack and be done with it!
