I have an MX-350 purchased from a authorized dealer. I am trying to "LEARN" some commands into it from a Media Center control (RC-126) to control my Windows Media Center on a laptop. The laptop has an IR dongle in a USB port.

I cannot seem to execute repeated cursor commands when trying to navigate through files or menus . That is, I can move the cursore (Left/Right/Up/Down) on first try, but I cannot get the remore to successfully repeat these commands.

What I have noticed is that if I follow each command by another (i.e. Right/Down/Left/Up or the opposite Left/Down/Right/Up) I get continuous cursor control. But if I try to got Right/Right or Up/Up or Down/Down or Left/Left, the cursor does not move. The URC remote looks like its firing and the dongle on the computer is firing as well.

The original remote works fine with the dongle. Does anyone know why this would be happning?

Thanks

No I had not as I don't believe they were included in the code index in the manual. Do you have any idea how to narrow those codes down?

Thank-you for the insight!

Works like a charm! Was a simple Windows Registry edit.
