I have almost finished programming an extensive audio / video system and am trying to program the remote for Lutron lights. I have the layout on the remote, have a phantom RF base, have set the four digit code on the URC lighting page and downloaded everything into the remote. I can't get the remote to talk to the Lutron switch. I have pressed the center of the switch and everything is flashing like it should. It seems that the remote is not sending out an RF code, even though there are codes shown on the simulator and Macro page. I have noticed that there is no outgoing signal indicator on the Lighting page and no battery level indicator either on that page. I am sure it's something simple but I am at a loss. Ideas anyone?

Is it a URC Lutron switch or just a Lutron switch?

Erase all addresses and start over. You might have a botched up stored sequence in there that cannot be over-written with a correct one until you erase it.

Yes. That is a run-of-the-mill Lutron RF dimmer. You need to get the URC ones from URC dealer.
