Ok, so I set up my first attempt with the MSC 400 and all was great until I tried to control the projector which is a Sim2 300E. I am using the library from the MX950 and then importing it to the MSC 400, then going back to the MX950 and with the universal browser, am dragging the RF triggers to the appropriate buttons on the remote. The problem I am having is that I press a button once but the projector acts like I pressed it 3 or 4 times. I then went back to the MX950 and deleted all the IR codes and learned codes but retained the macros (RF triggers) and buttons but the problem still continued. I was thinking about using learned codes from the projector remote (which works perfectly) but the one function I need to access directly (aspect ratio) is not on the remote (you need to navigate through the menu system).

Can anyone help

I am not sure if this helps but go into the msc editor and go to the device in question. Select the command that is giving you trouble. The command should show up as a smart macro. Double click on the command in the smart macro window. Mine for some reason, defaults to repeating 3 times. You may try to change this to 1 time and see if this helps.
