i just got a mx3000 and i am haveing trubble sincing it with my remote and computer
i loaded the software and the comucacito software but it wont conect the olny thing that will work is the remote control verson and it just sits there and says loading

Do you see the green ActiveSync icon by the time in the corner? That means the MX-3000 is recognized. If you do not see that, check to see if ActiveSync is installed.
