I have a client what has the MX-950 for 6 weeks. All of a sudden, the LCD screen went dead. The commands and fuctions attached to the screen work, but the display is gone. Has this happened to anyone? AV_D won't take it back becasue it's greater than 30 days. Any idea what causes this (if this is common).

Thanks
Vincent

It sounds like they actually found a way to break it. I've gotta admit that I haven't seen that one before. Call us (800-901-0800) and ask for the RA department (extension 701).
