Have the MX-950 and Panasonic DMR-EH50 DVD Recorder. Just moved and misplaced the EH50 remote control and, of course, I never learned all the remote codes onto my MX-950. The EH50 does not appear in the MX-950 database and Ive searched all over. Anyone know where I could find the codes?

Thanks - Tony

Email me and I can give you the codes for the DMR in code #1, 2 or code 3 that were taken from a database in code #1 or learned in code #2 and #3. I have them in the MX-800 or MX-3000 formats.

I have the DMR ES40V which might work with your unit. Look in the files section and I have codes for both the MX-700 and MX-900. Email me and I can send you just the Panny configuration if you like.

I was able to load the files in the universal browser, but I am not seeing the TV Guide button. Is that not a separate button? Also, something is not looking right with the EH50, so maybe I should do a reset. I am connected to a digital Charter box and the EH50 guide says it can download TVGOS info from an all digital system.

I miss my DirecTV! I may not have used the TVGOS, but at least I could manually record off my HDTivo.

Did the codes from my ES40V work with your EH50?

Some did, but I needed the TV Guide buttonmostof all. I ended up locating the original remote control a few days ago, added the button to my setup, but found that the TVGOS doesnt work well with Charter Cable after all! Back to manual recordings like I had with my previous DirecTV setup.

Cable is just soooooo disappointing...
