Right click on Device in the tree and click import. The rest should be easy.

Thanks,
i am completely new to this, the MX-900 only came with the software loaded for the AdA Rhapsody, no editor software, and urc didn't provide me with it and eventually got it from here.I then proceeded to add other pieces of equipment to use with it, but in so doing managed to overwrite the original ADA software(forgot to save it ) so had to request it again, and it was provided in an .mxg file via email. attachment. So have now got to import into the remote not knowing what it is,because it wouldn't open as normal attachment hence my question, the only problem is the device is not in the system so I can't click on it. What i mean is when I go into ADA products the actual model is not there and nothing like it,but some one got the software in, any more advice. Can I pick the nearest one to it and hope fully the new software will overwrite ok.

Alan

In the 3.5 years lapsed since the last activity on this thread I don't think you're getting any reply. This thread is dead.
