Hoping for some help. Have MSC400 and 2 mx980's. Trying to control power to a video switch via the MSC400 relay. Have written smart macro's to trun on and off. When I test the macro's in the MSC400, they work perfectly. I then drag the smart macros into the 980 - I am using the On and Off hard buttons that are used to power on the TV. I get the little purple T on the button in the editor to indicate that is sees the smeart macros. I then save and download to the MSC and the 980 - no errors. But when I try to use the remote to trigger the command - nothing happens - the status light on the MSC400 does not even acknowledge that a button press occurred. Any ideas???

I am using CCP and have been passing many other commands from 980 through MSC400 with no issues - but this is my first smart macro.

Thanks for any help!!

Make sure the device that holds the smart macro is set to use the MSC-400 under the RF control. Its a easy mistake.
