I was looking for someone to program my Universal Remote. I found Damon with www.proremotes.com through this website. I eventually mailed him one MX980 to do some programming. He promised it would take only a day or two but I have not had any response in TWO WEEKS. I have called the number on the website numerous times and e-mailed numerous times. I am beginning to think that Damon is not living up to his claims on the website. If anyone knows this website of Damon, please feel free to add comments.

Isn't he a regular around here? Doubt he would be malicious. I get my remotes programmed by Total Control Remotes www.totalcontrolremotes.com. You can give them a try if you get no response. Otherwise there are several other places. TCR is good because they have a lot of other cool services.
