I'm so frustrarted I nearly tossed the remote out the window - seriously.

I just upgraded my laptop to Windows 7 (32 bit) . I could not get the URC software to connect with my remote. Not on my laptop and not on my Win 7 (64 bit)desktop.

I've tried all my IT tricks (former IT guy) and still couldn't get it to run.

I tried changing the driver to mobile device then Microsoft USB driver. I actually got it to recognize and connect to the remote yesterday after $%!@ hours of wasted time. Today it no longer recognizes the remote again. More tricks like waving the remote while it attempts to reload a driver failed this time.

What is up with URC and a simple %@# update for Win 7?

Sorry for the rant but this has turned into your worst nightmare. I do have most stuff working but wish to fine tune system and add the macro's.

I am having the same issue with my Mt-1000C (MX-3000), I cannot get it to connect to my Win 7 64 bit! My bigger problem is my win 7 64 does nothing when I hit the "Update Driver Software" button (or right click) for the "Unknown Device" that I get when I connect the touch panel. Any help will be greatly appreciated! thanks.
