Hey guys just got our KP-4000's today and trying to download a simple test program. I keep getting the message "Download Failed (10E) Please check firewall swttings and try again" The keypad is showing up when I Discover in the programing I have tried disabling the firewall on my anti virus and on the router and still getting the same message. Tried a different computer and still nothing. Anybody else have this problem, and/or know a solution i can try. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

download a default program first. this thing is rreally cool! some small quirks but very nice

So far I like it, looks really cool. The default configuration has a camera button that when you press it, it shows a mock picture of a backyard camera feed, plus other 2 way things I wasnt aware you could do
