does this upgrade includes music favorite channels? I downloaded this and do not see any differance..

It has generic music genre buttons and XM/Sirius buttons.

where are they located? I was on the phone with tech support today
and we came to the conclusion that there are none for the MX-5000

In CCP, select Tools/Image Gallery. In the image galley screen at the top is a box with 3 dots. Select that and it will open your folders, look for favorite logos.

yes, i have done that. all i have are fav tv stations. no music..

So in the Image Gallery tree view you see a folder labeled "Favorite Channel Icons" and below it you do NOT see a folder labeled "Favorite Logos"?

There's only one expansion pack. Maybe Dale updated it and you need to dump what you got and reload it.

thanks for the email.. got those into the mx5000. I also figured out that I can go to the image folders of the other favorites and copy and paste them into the mx-980 and mx-5000 image folder.. thanks....
