I am new to the URC CCP but have much experience with the mx 850. I have programmed an extensive setup in CCP for a client for their mx 880's, but every time I try to download, I get an error message. Unable to find hardware drivers. What am I missing? Can anyone help?

Have you installed the drivers?
They can be found in the CCP install directory. Where it will be will be a little different for each person depending on what OS you are running but mine are here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Universal Remote Control, Inc\Complete Control Program\MX-880\Drivers
