im trying to program an 810i & get this message when i connect usb cable. please help..... windows xp

Knowing that Gold went up a few K makes me think "well now I have to do a better job on selling more equipment".

It's looking for the USB driver, which should have been automatically installed when you installed the MX-810 software and let it do a "Live Update". You can either manually install the driver yourself, or try uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

FINALLY FIXED IT!!!!
I typed the URC USB Sync FW1 into my search bar in the start menu & it came up with multiple locations.....i typed in each location in the update driver section till one of them worked! WHAT A PAIN IN THE A$$!!!!! anks for the help though!

I'm having the same problem, but when i search for urc usb.... It doesnt find anything. Tried reinstalling it and I've tried on windows 7 and Vista. Any help please? thanks
