old kit i know... but an old customer has some new kit.
is it possible to have page jumps at the start of a macro so that for the duration of the macro a set message can be displayed.
i can do this with the MX900 but it doesn't seem to be possible with the 850, the page jump seems to want to stay at the end!

No.
I get around that though.
If you lay it out with WATCH CABLE
and the second line is WATCH DVD
and so on, when they press WATCH it takes you to the watch page where you can put STAND BY... in the LCD. Then, at the end of the macro, have your usual page jump.

Cheers Tom, I'll give that a try. I guess the frequent updates are just for the IR database these days and not for the actual program so probably no hope a change in this situation.
