Hey All,
I have been a long time lurker and been able to solve most of my own problems over the years and with equipment changes. Unfortunately last night my wife dropped our MX-950 and now our friendly LCD is going crazy. Seeing as URC wants allot of moola to repair (I took it apart and all I need is a screen but no place I can find a place to source just the LCD as it would be easy to repair!).

Just wanted to thank the forum for helping me decide between the MX-880 and MX-980! (PS what pushed me over the edge is the charging station my wife has come to love with the MX-950)

I am sure to looking forward to playing with the new toy next week!
Thanks,
Kevin

PS> If anyone has a dead MX-950 they have no use for with a good LCD(the only part I need) please PM me.

Save your MX950 battery as it works for your MX980 too!

Thanks for the tip Joe. I have replaced the 950's Battery in the last year so definitely will keep it around as a spare.

Good advise. Though they can be removed and replaced, you have to be very careful so it's better to get them right the first time.
