Hi everyone,

I'm using an MX-980/MSC-400 combo and I'm using the MSC's USB keyboard feature to control an HTPC. For the most part everything works fine except that periodically a key press gets "stuck" and keeps repeating at a very high rate. It typically happens while scrolling around with the directional keys. Pressing a different key tends to clear it (e.g. if it's stuck scrolling up it will stop if I push the down button).

Has anyone experienced this before and is there a fix? It only happens once in a while so it's not a huge issue but it is kind of annoying when it does.

Thanks

I realize this is an old post but YES, I have this problem too. MSC-400 and MX-980 combo and up until last night mine only stuck with a volume up or down (NOT GOOD WHEN IT'S VOLUME UP!). Last night it happened while scrolling the Denon setup menu. I've tried changing things like using triggers instead of IR code commands but it makes no difference. It happens about once or twice a month and I know for a fact it's not a stuck remote button. Has anyone got a fix?
